The Aiya – Long Kuroshio Limited 320g, 380g, 450g, and 550g jigs are designed for use with tonjigi in the following situations: “The tide is too fast in the Kuroshio, making it difficult to match the range,” “The wind is too strong and the boat is too fast, making it difficult to match the range,” and “Even if the response comes in under the boat, the range is too far away and it is too late to catch it. This jig is designed to handle such situations. Six new colors have been added to such models to break through various situations.

A long jig that creates an exquisite fall balance

The Aiya – Long Kuroshio Limited 320g, 380g, 450g, 550g is based on the Aiya – Long. The jig is characterized by its flat, inverted triangle shape on the top surface. This creates an exquisite fall balance. It can be easily manipulated with light tackle, and when jerked, it slides short from side to side. During the fall, it can produce a spiral fall or fall with a fluttering motion, depending on the degree of water current involved. This makes it easy to handle even for beginners of jigging, as it often bites during the fall. Another feature of this lure is that it does not have much pull weight. The long shape of the lure makes it extremely effective not only when targeting targets that prey on beltfish, but also when medium to large sardines are the bait, or when barracuda or saury are the bait.

The Aiya-Long Kuroshio Limited comes in 320g and 380g models with the body length of the Aiya-Long 240g. The Aiya-Long Kuroshio Limited is available in a 450g model and a 550g model with a body length of 280g. The lure is also luxuriously lined with Keimura and glow (super blue glow), and comes standard with a 1.6mm through-hole wire, making it an item that can withstand use with electric reels and thick PE line.

Tanajig has also released hooks for tonjigi. The assist line used is Zylon Knot #50, which is highly reliable, and comes in two sizes, #6/0 and #7/0. The assist lines come in four lengths: short (1 cm), medium (2.5 cm), long (3.5 cm), and extra-long (5 cm) and are packaged in sets of two each.
